Thanks for visiting my website. My 3rd solo book is now ready and is called "High Hopes".

It's the most positive book i've written and i hope people can relate with what has been written and possibly be inspiried in some way. Overcoming adversity and turning my life around is a great joy for me. After 11 years of illness i am now facing life with a stable mind with much inner strength and hope. My new book contains life writing about my recovery, poems, articles and interesting information. This very honest and open book is interesting and hopefully inspiring.

Time to change. I am now 28 years old and am very lucky to have survived distress and illness. I am doing good in my life and am involved in a number of different projects. I recently set up a community project where we are doing a film about housing and related issues.

Many thanks to all the many people who have been there for me during the ups and downs. Life is good at moment and am embracing different opportunities within Hertfordshire. I have progressed a lot in 2009 and overall it has been a good year.
